Trabajar con personas mayores puede generar tanto satisfacci\u00f3n como frustraci\u00f3n, especialmente cuando aparecen situaciones complejas derivadas de la desorientaci\u00f3n o de determinados comportamientos. Para afrontar estos retos, el curso presenta el M\u00e9todo de Validaci\u00f3n, desarrollado por Naomi Feil en los a\u00f1os 60, que propone una nueva forma de comprender a la persona mayor y mejorar la comunicaci\u00f3n con ella.
La formaci\u00f3n ofrece una base te\u00f3rica y pr\u00e1ctica sobre este m\u00e9todo, proporcionando herramientas para acompa\u00f1ar de manera m\u00e1s eficaz a las personas mayores con comportamientos complejos y para aplicar estos conocimientos a casos reales planteados por las personas participantes<\/p>\n
